Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with users to collect and document requirements, conduct end to end analysis of various systems, such as Treasury, Settlement, Wealth Management, HR etc.
• Perform requirement/feasibility study & analysis and recommend solutions to team leader
• Perform application design to meet requirements and ensure timely and quality project deliverables
• Work closely with vendors, technical teams and business users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Oversee system implementation including requirement documentation, system configuration, test execution, issue identification and resolution etc.
• Resolve issues through the application of strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Support and maintain systems in adherence to bank's SDLC guideline

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in application development, preferably, in banking or financial industry
• Well versed in SDLC with good knowledge in project management
• Familiar with Java, ASP.NET, web/intranet application, RDBMS, web/database server on Unix/Wintel platform, Unix scripts, BPM/workflow
• Experience in Solaris, Sybase, system infrastructure / architecture design is an advantage
• Knowledge in treasury/dealing room/settlement operations, investment products/operations, sales operations is an advantage
• Self-motivated, good analytical mindset and trouble-shooting skills, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer
