Job Description
Responsibilities
- Daily IT operation administration
- To monitor back up task, server health check and monitor server room condition
- Receiving the Helpdesk Call and provide IT support
- Assist in office relocation projects
Requirements:
- With at least 2 years relevant experience in IT support
- Proficient in Lan/Wan, Windows Servers Active Directory, Backup/Restore, Infrastructure and Vmware
- Good command in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
- Immediate available or short notice
