Our clients are expanding the teams and looking for Technical Operations Officer to join the expanding teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design & build in house programs to enable sales frontlines and management in tracking sales performance of individual staff, shops, teams and channels
• Enhance the Retail Sales internal website & keep its contents updated with the latest information
• Develop tool for consolidation of data reported by individual shops e.g. feedback collection, program response rate, result of case investigation etc.
• Source and manipulate data for quality control and to streamline operations at retail shops and Operation
• Assist the team to prepare test cases and conduct system tests to streamline operation at retail shops and channel sales operation
• Support and generate any ad-hoc sales / control reports to fit for newly launch products and services.
• Undertake special projects or any other tasks / functions that are required to cope with new requirements in Sales Team.

Requirements:

• With at least 3 years working experiences in mobile business
• Sound knowledge in Retail Sales operation and systems
• Proficient in computer applications e.g. MS Access, Excel, VBA, HTML, PHP & MySQL etc.
• Knowledge to develop web base applications
• Analytical skill with good observation ability
• Good interpersonal and communications skill
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Innovative, result-oriented, self-motivated & committed towards assigned achievement
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
