Responsibilities: 

• Conduct system analysis on business and technical requirements for solution design and implementation.
• Prepare Business and Technical Documentation on IT solution and system.
• Perform software development programming, trouble shooting, tuning and testing.
• Lead programmers to perform software development.
• Manage project, execute quality management processes and activities in system development.
• To be a team leader to provides technical consultation support to team members, and to maintain awareness of new technologies and best practices for adoption.
• Work closely with Business Stakeholders from working to management level on requirements study and solution presentation.
• To be a member of support team (end-user and operation support) overseeing support and maintenance activities including trouble-shooting, bug fixing and ad-hoc queries.

Requirements: 

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 5 years IT working experience and at least 2 years in Senior Analyst Programmer capacity
• Knowledgeable and experienced in systems analysis and architectural design
• Solid experience in system design and development
• Business Knowledge on telecommunication industry is an added advantage

• Computer Software: MS Office, Visio
• Operating System: Windows, Linux and Unix
• Programming languages: Java, J2EE(JSP/Servlet/EJB), Javascript, XML, Web Service, Oracle(PL/SQL), UNIX shell Scripting
• Database: Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL
