My client, a leader in bringing supply chains up to date through a set of apps built using the latest in cloud, big data analytics and mobile technologies, is currently seeking an experienced Back End Developer to join their expanding team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the CTO you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibility
- Build rich web API’s to integrate web and mobile platforms
- Continually improve an existing product through refactoring and the removal/addition of features
- Mentor team members, present latest technology trends for internal learning and work closely with other business teams
- Move fast and think on your feet, constantly
Requirements
- Strong software development skills, design patterns, domain modelling, OO and functional design
- Experience of working with .NET / C# in a commercial environment
- Excellent experience in building Web APIs as well as a love for SQL and Stored Procedures
- Experience in LINQ to SQL or MS Entity Framework
- Beneficial for this role will be a background using IoC containers, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge of common design patterns in web applications will be a huge plus
- Warm outgoing personality, teamwork spirit with fluency in English
