Job description:

• Participate in software design and development.
• Research and learn about customer’s business needs.
• Provide solution suggestion and design according to project scope.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendation for customers.
• Work closely with customers on project activities and ensure completion in a timely manner.
• Manage the technical task arrangement coordinate with associates project members
• Install software, setup configuration based on customer’s specification.
• Produce documentation in software design, setup, testing and deployment.
• Conduct skill transfer to customers about the solution delivery.
• Learn and try new technologies and come up with ideas of integrating it into our product and solution.
• Assist in project pre-sales and post-sales activities, such as demo, meeting, presentation, etc.
• You may be requested to work at customer sites or duty that might require off office hour (e.g. production deployment).
• All work assigned to you by your supervisor(s) and such other duties, as the Company may from time to time consider appropriate. 

Ideal candidate profile:

• Able to switch between multiple tasks
• Energetic and able to learn quickly
• Passionate on design details and software user experience
• Enjoy meeting customers and work at many different locations
• Can speak Cantonese / English and preferable Mandarin, other languages are also beneficial
• Experience with SharePoint 2013/2016 would be a plus
