Job Description:

• The position is responsible for providing professional customer services, including handle inquiry & complaint and general administrative work at our service center.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 1 year or above relevant experience in customer services field is preferred
• Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, communicative level of English and Mandarin
• Result-oriented and self-motivated with strong desire to success
• Fresh graduates will be considered as well

客戶服務員 (全職/兼職)

職責：

• 負責在客戶服務中心提供優質的客戶服務，包括處理顧客查詢及投訴，及一般文職工作。

資歷：

• 中五程度
• 1年或以上工作經驗，具客戶服務經驗者優先
• 良好粵語，一般英語，一般普通話
• 積極主動，有上進心及有良好溝通技巧
• 應屆畢業生亦會考慮
