Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach team of system engineers providing project implementation and support service with focus on ICT security solutions (e.g. web security, DLP, identity management, SIEM, endpoint, etc.)
• Conduct Project / Problem / knowledge management
• Assist to maintain team operation, and administration works
• Ensure work done up to project specification and in good quality
• Coach / develop junior colleagues in both technical, soft skills and business sense

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in ICT security solution implementation with at least 3 year in supporting systems and security infrastructure
• Solid knowledge and practical experience on market leading ICT security products (e.g. Forcepoint, Bluecoat, RSA, Cisco ESA/ISE, Splunk, etc.)
• Holder of professional qualifications such as CCNA will be an advantage
• Good team coordination skill, proven project management skill and problem-solving capability
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Self-motivated, work proactive and willing to learn new technology
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Senior Systems Engineer
