Technical skills
- 5 years experience in core Java EE
- track record in complex projects, with at least some of the following characteristics: high-volume load, big data, performance/latency critical, high availability critical, 24x7 operations (as a reference, we consider not complex: developing an EDI interface, front-end web development, managing simple data structures via ORM frameworks)
- Clear knowledge of Spring framework, with strong preference for experience with SpringBoot
- Experience in managing complex bases of data, possibly leveraging multiple different DataBases (previous experience with interaction with Mongo DB is a strong plus)
- High level of independence. Showing a track record of being capable to solve complex issues autonomously
- Experience in interacting with automatic build and deploy tools (eg. Jenkins, Bamboo or similar)
- Meticulous and ‘picky’ approach in unit testing
- experience in micro services based architectures
- knowledge of Apache Kafka
