Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system backup and recovery, routine monitoring and health check
• Perform system administration including system setup and backup, email, firewall, software installation, system monitoring etc.
• Handle hardware and software related implementation, installation, updates, support and enquiry from internal users
• Maintain office computer, server and network related setup, Maintain inventory records of IT assets
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holders in Network, Computer Science & related discipline
• Previous experiences in Windows support, hardware/software support is preferred
• Good knowledge of desktop hardware, software, MS Office
• Good communications skill and self-motivated
• Strong analytical and problems solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available in an advantage
