Responsibilities:

• Manage digital production processes with defined project management approach between internal and external stakeholders to execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Assist management to plan and implement development projects from idea generation, UX & UI design, perform UAT and PAT, to result monitoring and reporting
• Act as a bridge between the product team, digital marketing team, designer and IT team to ensure all tasks and milestones are implemented in a timely and accurate manner, and to provide constant online support to customers in all aspects
• Manage various customer's digital touch points and web solutions, from website to system integration projects, from scoping through to implementation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related discipline,
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in digital project management or related experiences 
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to working under pressure and tight schedule
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin
