Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage school computers & tablets
- Support and manage data of school IT systems
- Maintain and enhance networks and servers
- Plan and deploy IT infrastructure and equipment
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in IT or related discipline
- 1 year or more of solid IT support experience
- Proficient in tablet management and user support
- Good knowledge of iOS, Microsoft Windows and Office
- Willing to learn, team player with good communication and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of MCSA & fluent in spoken English are an advantage
