ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide helpdesk and technical support (Phone, E-Mail) for client on: Desktop hardware/software, Microsoft Windows, Office, Outlook and networking etc;
• To liaise with vendors and 2nd Tier Support in order to keep track the incident life-cycle;
• Monitoring servers, network and computer systems up and running;
• Carry out all kinds of software and hardware installation, maintenance and troubleshooting;　
• Prepare IT documents to enhance daily operation.  　
• Provide Ad-hoc requests.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma holders or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
• At least 1 year of extensive IT support experience, including deal with complex situations and problems in networking and operating systems;
• Strong on problem solving and tackle difficult support cases;
• Customer service or help desk experience in call center is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fresh graduates will be also considered;
• Immediately available is preferred.
