Summary:

We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Part-Time Engineer for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence. The position will be responsible for handling project support on migration, relocation and software upgrade project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up PCs/notebooks/mobile devices for new employees with required software and access right settings.

• Provide solution to desktop problems for end-users through phone calls and in person.

• Provide First and second tier support for end users.

• Follow-up the statuses of all cases and e-mail the end-users to update the status of their requests.

Requirements:

• Secondary Graduate, Higher Diploma or above;

• Full time students / Fresh Graduate are welcome or 1 year working experience including networking, hardware, operating systems etc.

• Strong sense of responsibility and troubleshooting skills.

• On-job training will be provided for less experienced candidates.

• Immediate available is preferred.
