Responsibilities:

• Provide support to devices including laptop, tablet, printer, display and network installation
• Set up hardware systems, network cabling, install software and configure systems
• Operate and provide support to various systems including server, wireless and cabled network, printing service
• Perform data cleaning and data quality control
• Prepare and compile reports, system logs, technical documentation
• Provide on-going user support and troubleshooting

Appointment date: 21 Oct 2017 (9am – 1pm), 16 Nov 2017 (3pm – 7pm) and 17 Nov 2017(6am – 3pm)

Requirements:

• Solid experience in any of the following skills: Wi-Fi/ LAN/ MS Windows 7/ Android/ MS Office
• Familiar with network, printer, laptop and tablet support is preferred
• Experience in cabled and wireless network connectivity (IP assignment/ Protocol Setup)
• Knowledge of SQL, MS Excel macro is an advantage
• Familiar with locations of Oxfam Trailwalker checkpoints is preferred
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

Remarks:

• Training on 21 Oct 2017 is compulsory
• Accommodation and meals will be provided from 16 to 17 Nov 2017
• Work experience in IT Support, Network Admin, Programmer, or previous OTW IT Volunteer are mostly welcome
