About you

Key tasks

• Receive claims instructions from our customers and re-calculate the claim based on damage pictures and software tools
• Generate case survey reports, make phone calls and when necessary visit car repair shops to negotiate costs based on the case reports
• Liaise with Product teams in Asia and Europe to bring the latest technology to the market

Your profile

• You have an outgoing personality, enjoy communicating with the internal team and third parties (car repair shops) over the phone and face-to-face. You know how to articulate yourself and are confident in negotiations
• Familiar with automotive repair methods and automotive repair shop processes
• 5+ years of professional experience and strong working knowledge of the calculation of accident damage and the settlement of claims
• High literacy of computer skills 
• Native Cantonese speaker, English language skills a plus
