Job Description

Our client is a reputable life insurance company with global presence and is looking for a candidate with high caliber to join the customer service department. Within the CS team, this person will be reporting to the CS Manager, mainly focusing on handling customer enquiries and complaints. It is an excellent opportunity for experienced candidates to build a long-term career prospect in the CS industry.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints from different parties such as agents, IFA, brokers, customer
  • Support the teams in resolving customers’ complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Record and analyses enquiry and complaint for management reports
  • Support various Customer Service functions to ensure the continuity of services

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with Customer Service experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong customer centric mindset with excellent customer service skills
  • Good problem solving, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Attentive to detail and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
  • PC literate and proficient in using MS Office
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Customer Service Officer
