Major Responsibilities:

• Perform routine administrative duties and provide operational support to clients and producers
• Handle new and renewal applications
• Follow up insurance policy issuing, underwriting, claims service and collection of premium
• Review and verify application documents to ensure compliance with the requirements
• Handle customer enquiries and quotation requests of general insurance
• Liaise and negotiate terms with insurers
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary

The Requirements are :

• F.5 Graduate / HKDSE or Diploma in Insurance Studies
• Holder of IIQE Certificate Paper 1 and  2 
• Minimum 5 years experience in General Insurance field 
• Capable to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal skill and service attitude
• Good administrative and organizing skills
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE  is highly preferred
