Position:  Policy Administration Manager, Life Insurance

Our client is a well-established life insurance company with a global presence and has a lot of strategies moving in place. It is looking for a caliber to manager the policyowner servicing team.  Within the POS team, this person will oversee the team on handling policy transactions and enquiries. It is an exceptional opportunity for candidate who wants be part of a dynamic, evolving environment within policyowner servicing. It offers attractive package and excellent career exposure.

 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement new guidelines to POS management.
  • Ensure the Policy Administration procedure meet the compliance regulatory requirement
  • Developing strategies to improve the services satisfactory level

 

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in policy administration and system processing within Life insurance industry
  • At least 3 years at supervisory level 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
