Job Description
Claims Executive (15-25K, depends on experience)
Our client is a well-known Medical insurance service provider in the region.
To cope with the continuous growth of the business, they are urgently looking for high caliber to work in their claims team in a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities:
● Assess medical claims in compliance with company terms and condition
● Process claims payment
● Liaise with different medical professional
● Answer customer claims enquiry in a professional manner
Requirement:
● Diploma or above
● Nursing background is highly preferable, but not necessary
● 1-2 years working experience, experience in medical claim processing is preferable.
● Willing to learn, able to work independently and under pressure
● Excellent command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken
● Good team player
● Candidate with more experience could be considered for senior position
