Responsibilities: 

• Perform operations administration support
• Handle day to day policy changes transactions within turnaround time
• Handle enquiries from internal and external customers independently
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements: 

• Degree holder preferred1 year life insurance experience, particularly in policy administration and servicing areas.
• Knowledge of both life and investment-linked products
• Familiar with daily operation of life insurance industry
• Good communication skills, strong sense and skill in customer services
• Pro-active, independent, analytical, patient and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
