Responsibilities

• Deliver architectural design packages (both interior and exterior) from inception to construction detailing through multi-disciplinary team works for various facility projects (including additions, alterations and improvement projects) of existing assets and facilities in the park & resort area
• Review and prepare technical specifications and contractual documents submitted by external parties
• Handle production of working details and construction drawings independently for project team
• Manage drawing and document control systems
• Perform all other duties related to design development, control and review

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Architecture, Interior Design or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in architectural or interior CAD drawing
• Strong background in design development, use of building materials, local building regulations and construction detailing for large-scale projects
• Good coordination, design, liaison and presentation skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must
• Familiar with Photoshop or other illustration/presentation software such as 3D-studio, Illustrator, Pagemaker and Powerpoint
• Good communication skill in both English and Cantonese
