Responsibilities:

• Perform the assessment and handle the correspondence for Reimbursement and Pre-Authorization on medical claims
• Monitor the claims process sand handle the complaint cases
• Ensure the services standard is met with high quality and effective manner
• Liaise all claims related matters with insurers, medical providers, and internal staff, including the payment arrangement with hospitals
• Coordinate with regional teams to smooth the operation of claims and administration areas
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 7 and above with 2-3 years’ of solid experience in Medical Claims is a MUST
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Mature personality and able to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Claims Clerk
