Our client is an insurance broker, they are looking for an Account Executive due to company’s expansion.

Account Executive / Account Handler - (Based in Macau)

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Account Mangers in daily client servicing including answering enquiries, attending claims meetings and providing claims analysis
• To support the team on securing renewal orders and getting new business
• To provide administrative support including policy maintenance, premium reconciliation and maintaining records in the customer relationship management system

Job Requirements:

• University Graduate who is eligible to work in Macau
• 3 years' experience in Macau insurance industry preferred for Account Executive; candidates with less experiences will be considered as Account Handler
• Fresh graduates with passion in insurance brokerage industry are also welcome
• Qualification in insurance professional examination and insurance knowledge would be a plus
• Customer focused with strong communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Mandarin and written Chinese is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
