The appointee will be primarily responsible for answering telephone calls and attending email communication to provide customers with information to address their claim-related inquiries

Requirements

• Form 7 or above, passed in IIQE Paper 1 and 2
• 1-2 years working experience in the insurance industry, preferably as frontline staff
• Customer service oriented with the ability to handle customer complaints
• Good telephone manner and effective communication skills
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese, with Putonghua an advantage
• Basic computer usage skills
