Job Description
Our client is a fast growing insurance company, and they are currently seeking the Product Manager/ Assistant Product Manager. Candidate is responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Contribute in the product development process within the whole product cycle;
- Engage in product and portfolio management based on the Propositions Development Process and product calendar;
- Manage the complete process of product development with line manager;
- Report the strategy of product portfolio management to the company;
- Recognize product gap, design product and carry out market intelligence;
- Negotiate with related parties to achieve the launch of new product;
- Conduct risk management on team purpose.
Requirement:
- At least 7 years experiences in proposition design on life assurance or financial services;
- Excellent knowledge on insurance products and regulatory framework;
- Satisfy customers and distributors with successful product design;
- Able to capture the market trends on both financial and investment areas;
- Innovative, team-oriented and self-driven;
- Excellent language skill in both English and Cantonese;
- Good knowledge of MS office.
