Job Descriptions

• Assist in general claims handling including
1. Reception of clients;
2. Processing of claims and other office administration;
3. Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
• Assist in coordinating work with Underwriting and Accounting
• Assist in compiling and analysis of claims related statistics and projects

Requirement

• Secondary or above and equivalent including graduates of VTC ;
• Previous experience in the same field is not pre-requisite
• Experience in motor claims handling will be given priority
• Positive in attitude and hard working
• Sufficient English and Chinese language skill
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player
• Availability flexibility allowed

Prospect

• Continuation study is encouraged and would be funded for approved courses
