Job Summary:

The role is responsible for business recruitment and to provide sales servicing to local agents/brokers. He/She is responsible for production building, day to day business sales and servicing, execution of marketing campaign and to maintain close rapports with designated local agents/brokers as well as recruitment of potential producers.

The Job:

• Business recruitment of designated local broker/agent accounts

• Monitor production and underwriting result

• Provide marketing advise and support to assigned accounts

• Work with manager and the sales team in formulating and executing marketing strategies • Recruit and develop new and potential accounts

• Participate in product development with focus on advice from underwriting perspective

The Person:

• University graduate or equivalent with 8 years of underwriting experience on general insurance of which 3 years or more at supervisory level

• Possess qualification of ANZIIF or ACII is preferred

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Strong communication and accounts servicing skills

• Good negotiation and presentation skills

• Sound underwriting knowledge in General Insurance

• Good connection in the local agent/broker market
