The Job

• Qualified actuary to lead and develop our GI actuarial practice, with exposure to senior management and the latest regulatory development
• Provide pricing and product development support. Support the GI team / line managers and also our e-commerce channel on strategic initiatives
• Drive the reserving and risk analysis. Provide insights and prepare recommendations to senior management to achieve Company’s strategic, risk and capital objectives
• Support annual reinsurance review and renewal
• Support the quantitative impact study under HKRBC
• Engage with senior management to assess and explain the business impacts of these regulatory changes
• Participate in the IFRS17 project

The Person

• GI Qualified actuary with 10-15 years of experience
• Flexible, strong communication and relationship skills, with a proven ability to influence executive management and work with business functions
• Prior team management experience is preferred
• Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented with multi-tasking skills
• Candidate with less experience/ qualification will be considered as Senior Manager
