Responsibilities:

• Assist actuarial reserving and financial reporting
• Support production of liability valuation reports
• Assist portfolio monitoring, dashboard production and portfolio deep dive for underwriting
• Assist monitoring of rates and retention
• Assist monitoring of large claims
• Assist regional pricing review and initiatives
• Provide reporting advice to regional and local finance team
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders including finance, underwriting, claims, risk and audit

Requirements:

• Tertiary graduate in Actuarial or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years' relevant actuarial experiences, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Ability to analyse data and use for decision making.
• Experience in using risk profiling, pricing tools and loss models.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and research skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior exposure to SQL and SAS is an advantage.
