Responsibilities:

• Provide professional insurance advice and good customer service to high net-worth clients
• Adhere to operating guidelines, work within their delegated authorities and meet departmental SLA targets
• Resolve the case straight away
• Achieve team's KPI and drive for improvement
• Involved in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Max. 1 year working experience in insurance or financial industries; candidates with IANG will be considered
• With experience in complaint handling is preferable
• With experience in insurance is preferable
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent Mandarin speaking skill will be a must
• (for those without licenses) Willing to take IIQE papers 1, 3 and 5 after onboarding
