Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial reporting on IFRS, Solvency II, local statutory
• Assist in ad-hoc projects such as responding to regulatory changes (i.e. QIS for new HK RBC, change in IFRS), data analytics, experience studies
• Support the automation/development/maintenance and documentation on actuarial system and model
• Work on other ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics (minor or election in computing/data analytics/machine learning is an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the life insurance industry
• Nearly qualified actuary
• Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Quick learner and independent worker
• Strong Excel and programming/computing skills
• Prior experience in Prophet is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
