Requirements :

l  At least 20 years experience in Textiles and Garment or Fashion accessories with a minimum of 5 years solid experience in managing an office, especially administration, finance and shipping.

l  Strong Supervisory, Communication, Interpersonal, Organizational and Negotiation skills are a must.

l  Strong ability to organizational, multitasking and decision-making skills.

l  Able to work efficiently under stress and pressure.

l  Reliable, Detail minded, Mature, Optimistic and Pro-active.

l  Strong Business development skill.

l  Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

l  Extensive China and offshore experience.

l  Frequent travel to China and off-shore production facilities may be required.

l  Knowledge of certain computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, might be necessary.

Duties :

l  To monitor daily office operation including administration, finance, merchandising and shipping.

l  To plan, develop and implement strategy for operations management and development.

l  To provide sufficient training and work instruction to staffs.

l  To plan the manpower in order to ensure the smooth operations management.

l  To monitor, measure and report on production issues, opportunities and development plans within agreed formats and timescales.

l  Report to Director.
