Start –up Training:

• 3 months intensive start –up, including orientation program, in-class trainings, on-job training opportunities in the business segment to which you are assigned, and working standard of the business, so as to have a broad understand of different aspects of the retail industry

• Be coached and mentored by management executives
• Coordinate & execute regional CS and e-Commerce projects
• Gain regional exposure of the group CS strategies planning and execution
• Support daily operation of e-Commerce order channels including order processing, sales return and logistics issues
• Assist online customers to resolve any post & after-sales issues 

We are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business related discipline
• Good customer service skills with the ability to identify problems in different aspects
• Responsible, self-motivated and service-oriented
• Logical mindset, good analysis skills and attentive to details
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Occasional travel is required
