Responsibilities:

Monthly Donor Recruitment

• Implement and manage the monthly donor recruitment program including through face-to-face and telemarketing efforts
• Liaise with and manage service agencies include providing training program and engagement activities, production of marketing collaterals, etc.
• Monitor program performance to achieve fundraising target
• Prepare monthly reports on donation record and assist with budget preparation
• Maintain good relationships with fundraisers and be able to motivate teams
• Assist with program planning and development of acquisition strategies

Donor Care

• Assist in development and enhancement of donor care and loyalty program based on data analysis
• Execute donor loyalty program and related activities. Develop and maintain good relationships with donors
• Supervise Donor Services Assistant to provide quality services to donors and ensure accuracy of data entry
• Handle donor complaints

Donor Database & Donation

• Assist with donor analysis including data interpretation and integration
• Work with vendor on database enhancement and customizing reports for analysis.  Ensure smooth execution of the database
• Handle and monitor donation processing including autopay and credit card transactions

Other Fundraising Program

• Assist in other fundraising and/or marketing events and campaigns as needed

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated
• At least 5 years of experience relevant to the functions
• Must have strong data analysis skills and experience working with database
• Able to communicate and build relationships with people
• Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
• Detail-minded and well organized
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
