Report to the Regional Head of Beauty, Asia Pacific, the position is in charge of the performances of the category through the implementation of the category strategy for the various countries under scope and with a view of growing sales of profitability in the region.

Key Accountabilities:

• Define commercial plans for countries under scope, in line with category global strategy and Brand Plans as well as country operations requirements
• Ensure implementation of these commercial plans, including a monthly follow-up with the Division
• Sales & margin daily/weekly follow up, weekly corrective actions
• Accountable for Advertising income as per agreed budget. Responsible for reviewing and delivering the bonus target for countries under scope
• Propose and negotiate stores layouts for countries under scope
• Support preparation of tenders under regional scope
• Support Line Manager on Global Brand Management (Assortment Management and Vendors’ Relationships) for Asian Brands Portfolio
• Lead and develop Beauty planners

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business or related disciplines
• Over 7 years’ category management experience with at least 3 year in perfume & cosmetics
• Travel retail experience is highly preferable
• Experience in leading projects with cross cultural teams will be an advantage
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Good communication skills and command of English
• Based in Hong Kong
