• Minimum at F.5 level
• 5 years or above relevant experience in retail or luxury industry with at least 3 years at supervisory level; experience with Retail operations and maintenance duties
• Provide store-line support for Ralph Lauren stores and field leadership team for all operational questions, trouble-shooting, and liaison with appropriate corporate partners when necessary
• Automate the flow of store reporting
• Initiate business development projects geared toward growing sales
• Assist in Customer Service Handling whenever possible
• Responsible for BOH organization, stock movement and documentation
• Strong project and task management skills
• Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
• Station in Macau
