Responsibilities:

• Accept any complaints from inside and outside the company that involve the employee's or partner fraud;
• Through professional survey techniques and legal investigation methods, tools, to collect and analyze relevant evidence;
• To investigate the staff suspected of commercial bribery, occupation and all kinds of violations and disciplinary investigation and evidence collection, severely punish violations of law and discipline, to maintain the company's policies to implement, control and reduce the company's economic losses;
• The supplier credit and background investigation and evidence collection, investigate and deal with supplier fraud, control and reduce the company's economic losses;
• Provide written reports to management based on the evidence and facts obtained during the investigation. And to improve the management vulnerabilities, potential risks and losses found during the investigation and to monitor the implementation of the improvement measures;
• Bear the company's anti-fraud related policies;
• Supervise the implementation and training of anti-fraud related policies, analyze the causes and trends of fraud, and make prompts to management in advance.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above will be highly preferred
  
• Around 10 years of anti - fraud investigation experience (with relevant experience in public security investigation is preferred);
• With past / current working experience in ICAC will be an added advantage
• Honest and self - discipline, practical and stable, with a high degree of integrity;
• Familiar with national laws and regulations, familiar with the company 's internal control system, with a certain degree of legal, audit and reconnaissance expertise;
• Willing to travel to overseas frequently
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Keen observation, analysis and judgment;
• Strong data analysis capabilities and text finishing ability, skilled use of office software;
• Energetic, passion, dedication, teamwork, a strong sense of confidentiality and execution
• Willing to work in Shenzhen, China.
