Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise, coordinate and follow up with both internal and external parties on day to day business operations and personal matters.
• Closely follow up what’s been assigned and handle ad hoc projects
• Frequent business travel and prepare client meeting materials.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a personal assistant
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin
• Work with positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative, detail-minded, responsible, and hardworking, able to work under pressure.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Outstanding organizational and time management skill 
• Ability to multitask and priorities daily workload.
• Strong interpersonal & problem solving skills & can work independently
