Job Specification:

• Responsible for coordinating, managing and monitoring the performance of trade contractors in the site operation, quality-housekeeping and logistic aspects;
• Carry out planned site inspection to identify the scopes of rectification, refurbishment, and improvement
• To co-ordinate the inspection process led by the consultants for trade contractors and endorse for proceeding.
• To co-ordinate contractual and commercial matters in fitting out projects
• Preparation of cost estimates; tenders and general quantity surveying works
• Pre contract and post contract QS work and cost control
• Work through to project completion including final accounts and variations

 
Job Requirement:

• Holder of Professional Membership or equivalent is highly preferable;
• Preference will be given to applicants having over 10-15 years of experience in construction industry
• Experienced revitalizing industrial buildings is advanced
• Experience in large scale project is required;
• Candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent leadership skills and be able to achieve / drive a team and work under pressure within a demanding environment;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
