Our client is a international e-Commerce Platform with focus on luxury goods is now seeking for an experienced manager to lead the team

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting KPIs with measurement of the inventory performance
• Handle improvement and development of inventory management system
• Manage stock-taking activities (PO, stock adjustments and cycle counting)
• Handle reports and analysis for further adjustments towards better performance
• Provide assistance on Shrink control
• Familiar with new Inventory Management methodologies with implementation
• Responsible for the stock conditioning programme management under cost effective pathway
• Monitor and purchase packaging materials for necessary usage with Sales and Marketing teams
• Cooperate with Global Security teams for implementation of loss prevention procedures according to the local legislation and law
• Handle inventory management under Company’s standards
• Lead and manage Inventory Team for better performance and continuous improvement
• Manage direct reports to be appraised with distinct development plans

Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 6 years experiences related to Inventory Management
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese (Mandarin will be an advantage)
• Previous experience in establishment of KPIs and WMS
• Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure
• Efficient, analytical and able to work to stringent deadlines
• Talented in demonstration of business decisions with professional and objective perspective
• Knowledge of either lean manufacturing or six sigma will be an advantage
• Immediate available preferred
