Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical and quality support, both internally and at supplier factories
• Review design briefs, development samples & Green seals, to ensure production is made to the agreed company standard
• Work together with fabric team to agree care label details
• Conduct pre-assessment audit in new factories
• Conduct product risk assessment, pre-production meetings & pilot check
• Manage inspection failures in production
• Work with related parties to ensure product is developed to the required standards
• Communicate with all levels of management for clear understanding on processes and procedures required
• Frequent travel is required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the relevant field
• Background in knits/jersey apparel manufacturing
• Extensive knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, factory audit procedures
• Excellent command of written & verbal English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of chemical and physical testing requirements
• Good team player
