Responsibilities:

• Support and co-ordinate all round administrative task for product development team
• Handle packaging file, artwork, printing, and color validation to support product development
• Manage sample request, postage follow up and new item creation in system
• Deliver technical sheets and packaging material to supplier
• Plan schedule and manage all necessaries for visitor and the team
• Share project and technical data to internal business partners

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business or related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant working experience preferably in small domestic appliance
• Good communication and organizational skill
• Self-motivated, able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
• Strong in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
• Proficient skill in MS Word, Excel, and Power point
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
