Responsibilities:

• Focus on product development for different markets or customers
• Monitor and follow up the flow related to new products development and work with other teams to resolve the problem
• Work closely with internal and external parties in relation to product development, production, marketing and promotional strategies
• Responsible for new concept development, new product trials and new ingredient testing
• Communicate with other departments to ensure all projects meet the target timeline
• Adhoc projects as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience of product development in F&B industry
• Independent, responsible, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, cooperative and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Occasionally travel in China
• Proficient of Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Product and Process Development Manager
