Working Location: Yuen Long; 5/6 day work a week

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production Food Safety condition and relative documentation works
• Closely work with QA team to handle all food quality issues and complaint casese
• Lead production team to conduct problem solving activities
• Other duties assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food related subject
• A minimum of 1 year’ experience in Food Factory with related job function is preferred
• Knowledge in HACCP, ISO 2200, ISO 14000, ISO18000, GMP and 5S
• Pro-active, good analytical skills and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint
