Our Client

Headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is a renowned F&B group offering first-class quality food products and catering services. They are well known for it's world standard food safety, reliable production process and efficient logistics. With an ambitious expansion plan in place, they are looking to recruit an experienced Operation Manager to manage the newly established production plant in Hong Kong.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager and leading a small team of direct reports, you will be in charge of the daily productivity and yielding of production section in Hong Kong central kitchen. Your key responsibilities will include evaluating the work capacity of the food outlets and handling manpower control and processing flow re-engineering for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. In addition, you will be in charge of food safety and quality management for HACCP / ISO 22000 accreditation. You will also prepare operational standards and instruction for food production process as well as budgeting the expenses (P&L analysis) for each project account.

The Ideal Candidate

• University degree in business management or related discipline
• 12+ years factory management experience gained from F&B industry
• Multiple knowledge across QA, Packaging, Logistic, Sales, Customer Services
• Prior experiences gained from leading local or international brands will be advantageous
• Experience in team integration and change management
• Detailed oriented, dynamic, strategic and outstanding team leadership skill will be key success factors
• Complete fluency in English and Cantonese are essential
