Our client is a European based multinational company engaged in trading and distribution industry for premium products. To cope with continuous expansion, they are hiring for Product Development Manager. 

• Managing the bag product development process from the concept phase to the final sample phase.
• Primary liaison with factory sample rooms to develop bags and pouches for airlines amenities within agreed budget and timeframe.
• Guarantees deadlines are met to obtain samples for customer meetings and tradeshows.
• Coordinating both current product optimization as well as new product development.
• Developing and managing project plans and timelines and providing regular updates.
• Responsible for maintaining the final approved bag product catalog for each Brand development, and ensures that the catalog is kept accurate.

Requirement:

• Degree holder, preferably in Product Development or equivalent experience.
• Must have experience and knowledge in developing and sourcing for premium bag and pouch product.
• Proven success in coordinating product development projects in the past with a clear understanding of the product.
• Ability to coordinate and work with China Based factories.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment in a position that will require handling a variety of tasks.
• Problem-solving, time-management, planning and project management skills, well organized and detail- oriented
