Responsibilities:

• Identifying, approaching and implementation of sales strategies and closing sales deals
• Implementing and planning for the development of various projects
• Managing various projects to ensure that the projects are accomplished in time, within budget and to required quality;
• Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders in accomplishing project objectives;
• Consolidating project requirements from various stakeholders in finalizing project briefs,
• Working with internal cross-functional teams during design, engineering and validation phases to produce designs, to proceed the procurement process, and to deliver finished products
• Being able to understand and communicate complex engineering issues with project teams;
• Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in design and project management of product development. Experience in developing and managing footwear is preferred;
• Strong in multi-disciplinary design coordination. Demonstration of good design appreciation strength will be an advantage;
• Good understanding of and management skills for rapid development cycles
• Willing to travel Dong Guan district frequently
• Self-driven, independent, team-working, problem solving with good interpersonal skill;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
