Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the documentation system and quality management system.
• Implement the food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with the corporate standard.
• Coordinate and participate work safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures training to related staff to ensure compliance with QA standards
• Provide technical assistance to the customer recovery function to ensure customer complaints and enquiries regarding food and packaging are managed efficiently and effectively
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Food science or related disciplines
• Experience in supervisory level
• Experience in HACCP and ISO
• Good people management skill
• Self-motivated, independent with good communication skill
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese
• Working location: Tai Po Industrial Estate
