KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Monitor from Proto, development sample to Pre-production sample fitting and approval
• Strong garment technical and construction knowledge to interact with factory sample making team
• Capable to lead the factory do the right sample in right quality on the right time
• Supervise a team of 6 Technicians and provide guidance to factory on customer requirements and follow up with factory in resolving technical problems
• Coordinate with Sample Rooms on samples making and work out between Merchandising team and factories on production status
• Work with CAD & Textile Print team follow up requirements on all print placement and embellishment and execution with suppliers and factories
• Travel to factories to hold Pre-production meeting, fitting and resolving technical problem are required
• Independently handle fitting issue and work out solution directly with production factory
• Join hands with QA team to correctly set up efficient and quality production line and output 

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• More than 8 years relevant experience in sample making and garment manufacturing in woven and knitted fashion
• Practical experience of paper pattern making and garment construction in fitting technique
• Good knowledge of garment manufacturing process
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Good knowledge in garment techniques, fabrication and accessories
• Self-motivated, team player and ability to lead team to meet tight deadline
• Good English standard to communicate with customers is required
